The free prologue of Riot Control Simulator, a unique game that puts you in the boots of a riot control officer, is now available on PC. In Riot Control Simulator: Rookie Day, players take on their first mission and get introduced to the game’s core mechanics. The full version is scheduled to launch on PC in the second half of 2025, with console versions coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.
The game is being developed by independent Polish studio Corpix Games, with Wildlands Interactive and Ultimate Games S.A. as the publishers.
Authority Doesn’t Defend Itself!
Riot Control Simulator is a realistic riot control simulator where players step into the role of law enforcement tasked with managing protests in city streets. In story mode, players operate as part of the machinery of authority in a country sliding toward authoritarianism.
Each mission challenges players to maintain control over angry crowds. Gameplay includes combat, arrests, ID checks, searches, and issuing orders. Riot Control Simulator presents the realities of various types of protests through the lens of police and state services. A moral choice system also plays a key role.

Players will need to be clever and choose the right tactics. They can go in with full force or try to handle protests more humanely. A wide range of tools and strategies is available.
The developers emphasize that Riot Control Simulator is purely fictional and does not reference any real-world political or social events. The game combines serious themes with a touch of satire.
